The Board convened its Regular Meeting at 11:00 a.m., but due to the lack of a quorum, the Board President adjourned the meeting in accordance with Government Code §54955. As reflected in the minutes, “Board President Rocha declared the meeting adjourned at 11:13 a.m. to reconvene at 5:00 p.m.” A Notice of Adjournment was posted immediately.

The Board will not meet in July. The next regular Board meeting will be held on the second Wednesday of August.
